There is nothing you can do. Processing of the immigrant petitions in F2A category takes about 2 years, and you will receive a notice when your petition gets approved.

If your wife has a *certified* copy of her birth certificate, it should be ok. Just make certain that she has her original Certificate of Naturalization (or her original U.S. passport, or both).

She should get an original birth certificate. If it does not arrive by Feb 4, you could request a continuance for good cause shown.
