Can I re-apply for my husband after the I-130 was revoked 7 years or is he banned from the US for life?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Why did Immigration believe that your marriage was a fraud? Was you husband placed in removal/deportation proceedings? I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze your case, advise you of your options and, if possible, make sure that the necessary paperwork and documentation is properly presented so as not to delay the process.

It is not necessary for you to applying for F2 status while your other application for H4 status is still pending.

Can someone sue someone for threatening her to turn her in to immigration?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
I have not heard of this type of cause of action. If the individual is without legal status, then there is nothing to gain by angering a neighbor enough to have them turn him or her in.
