Obviously, age does make a difference for the purposes of evaluation of the bona fides of a marital relationship for the immigration officers. You obviously are considering this issue otherwise you would not have provided this query online. It is best if you have a situation like this to be sure that you have other evidence that clearly document the bona fides of the marital relationship between you and your husband. It is not to say that an age difference is dispositive of a fake marriage, it is only that it is best for you to provide additional evidence, beyond what normally would be required to demonstrate the bona fides.
