If you entered the U.S. using some else's passport and visa, and still have the documents to prove you did so, you are eligible to file for adjustment since you were admitted and inspected. However, you would a waiver since you are inadmissible to due your misrepresenting your identity when you entered.

As long as your entry into the US was legal (e.g., visitor visa), then you could come, stay, get married, and apply for your green card. I would recommend waiting at least 30 to 60 days after your last entry before getting married. And of course, consult an immigration attorney before doing anything.
