Hello,   Since you have been deported previously you would need to remain out of the U.S. for the required time period after your deportation.  This time period would be determined by what caused you to be deported in the first place. After this, you may visit the U.S. if you are able to obtain a visa from the U.S. consulate in the country of your legal residence. However if you wish to live in the U.S. again, you do not provide enough information about why you were deported as this would determine if you would be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. after deportation. If you were deported because of an aggravated felony conviction, there is a possibility that you may not be able to immigrate to the U.S. again.   Notes: This information is of a general nature and is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for advice regarding your individual situation.

Can my husband co sponsor my mother's visitor visa in the US?

There is no sponsoring for visitor visa required. If the embassy is requesting an I134 (financial affidavit), yes your husband can submit that.

What are the possibilities that my case will be granted if I applied for Asylum and my file was received by USCIS on March 4th 2013?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova

If you need legal advice, you should see a lawyer. A public forum can only provide general answers to general questions. Nobody can tell you the chances of your asylum claim without a detailed consultation. As to the EAD refer to I 765 form instructions.
