S. consulate or Embassy. There are a myriad of ways to prove a bona fide marriage, including your son, assuming that your spouse's name is on the birth certificate. In addition, credit cards in both names, bank statements, insurance, any documents showing both your names, phone bills showing calls to and from England, etc. If in doubt, it may be best to hire an experienced immigration attorney to help you. Good luck.
