How long do i have to be back in the UK before returning to Florida

Samuel Joseph Zermeno
Answered by attorney Samuel Joseph Zermeno (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Zermeno Law
Hello. It depends upon your criminal/immigration history, if you were deported for an aggravated felony you will never be able to return, if you were deported for another reason then usually it will be for ten years if through an immigration judge, if through Customs and Border Protection then usually it is five years but it is still difficult to say exactly how long without knowing your exact circumstance. Please contact me for a free consultation for case specific information.

She cannot extend a tourist visa if she is married. But if she marries 60 days after entering the US, she will be considered lawfully present while her application is being processed.

Can I reapply if my petition of naturalization was denied?

Answered by attorney David Nabow Soloway
Immigration lawyer at Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C.
In general, someone whose naturalization petition was denied may re-file. In order to assess the likelihood of success with a new petition, it would be important to review the February, 2011 denial decision and other information about the reason the petition had been denied. Were there allegations of fraud? What, exactly, do the immigration authorities indicate your husband said? As should be evident from the unsuccessful case you previously pursued, it would be wise to engage an immigration attorney to represent you in this very important, and often complex, legal step.
