On the I-129 form, it gives the option for my alien fiance's U.S social security number, what do I put down?

Immigration lawyer at Havens Lichtenberg PLLC
Most likely, your alien fiance does not have a Social Security number (unless he had been working in the U.S., with USCIS authorization, before). If so, write "none" in the appropriate section of the form. G-28 is the form that your attorney would submit. Since you don't have anyone representing you, leave that section blank or write "n/a" in it.

If I have pending case with USCIS, got separated and want to remarry another US citizen, will this be a problem?

Reza Athari
Answered by attorney Reza Athari (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Reza Athari & Associates, PLLC
Obviously the second marriage will be more scrutinized especially because your first I-130 still under investigation. If CIS makes a finding that your first marriage was to circumvent immigration laws, you will be barred for ever from receiving any immigration benefit. You will need to discuss this with a competent attorney.
