If your daughter is a US citizen and at least 21 years of age, the best option for you to get your green card is to have your daughter petition for you on form I-130. Since you were never married to her mother, did you legitimize your daughter before she turned 16 years of age?

How do I withdraw my asylum case and return home?

Justin Wang
Answered by attorney Justin Wang (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Sheppard Mullin
It appears you are in removal proceeding. At this time if you leave the US, you will be barred from returning to the US for 5 years. Even if you withdraw your asylum application, you will still be barred. The bottom line is that you cannot freely leave the US without serious consequences.
