What is the best option for my boyfriend to come and live in the USA?

It really depends upon which option you prefer. You can get married in either location. If you marry in guatemala you will need to go through the immigration process at the consulate. If you want to marry in the US you will need to apply for a fiance visa. Your best bet is to speak with an immigration attorney and discuss your options.

How long do I have to wait in order to be able to apply for citizenship? Or can I do it now? Will my DUI conviction cause my application to be denied?

Depending on the dates, you may qualify for derivative citizenship where the DUI would have no bearing.

Hello

Answered by attorney Stephen Arnold Black
Immigration lawyer at The Law Office of Stephen A. Black
No, a US citizen cannot sponsor his sibling for a work visa. A US citizen can sponsor his sibling for a green card, but it takes roughly 10 to 12 years and in the case of Mexico or the Philippines it will take even longer. But in order to do that he has to wait for his visa outside the United States.
