Can I petition for my wife and her children to come to the US and how long is the process?

Answered by attorney David Nabow Soloway
Immigration lawyer at Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C.
Significantly more information is needed in order to analyze eligibilities, options and strategies to achieve your goal, and to advise you about the amount of time involved for a process known as "consular processing." It would be wise for you and your family to consult with an immigration attorney who, after learning all of the relevant information, would be able to accurately answer your questions and offer legal representation.

How can I marry my fiancé if I’m 19, a college student and he lives outside the US?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alena Shautsova
You will probably have to travel to DR. After you get married, if you would like to sponsor your spouse, you will need to file certain forms, and likely will have to find a joint sponsor.
