You cannot include your old daughter as she is aged out. You can petition for her after you receive green card (it will take several years though). You can include your 14 year old daughter in your K-1 visa. If she is not in the package, you should contact an attorney to address this problem.

Dual intent means just that – even if there is an intent to immigrate to the US, the applicant can still obtain a nonimmigrant visa to enter the US. I do not see any different result just because you will not be getting the visa until after you are married. Dual intent is afforded those on H-1B and L visas.
