Can a person who was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and deported to Mexico come back to the United States?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Depending on the exact crime he was convicted of, he may be inadmissible and barred from returning to the U.S. for life. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding his situation. Make sure that you bring full copies of his criminal history and convictions for review. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze his case and advise you of his options.

Is there anyone who could answer regarding the I-130 immigrant petition I applied 10 years ago for my sister pls

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
I will assume that if USCIS has not yet made an adjudication and if your petition is still with the agency, it is either at the California Service Center which is a backlog between 9-12 years or the Vermont Service Center with backlog between 8 ½-11 years. I suggest that you try a couple of more times by yourself and if you have no success, you can reach out to the USCIS ombudsman’s office or to your local congressman or senator’s office as they have liaison staff with USCIS and could quite possibly find out and tell you the status of your case. Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee, Esq.'s (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question. Do I have a future in the US or should I just go home?

Most obvious, almost automatic answer your question is "Stop wasting your life, go home." It is possible that there might be a different answer; but you did not give enough information.
