She can also file for divorce while she is in the U.S. visiting. Then you can marry her after the divorce is finalized and apply for her green card. The divorce will take about 6 months and the green card case takes about 3 months.

How will I bring my mom with my 19-year old brother in US?

Answered by attorney Christopher J. Palmer
Immigration lawyer at Coast Family Law, LLC
These matters are difficult to navigate. You should speak with a immigration law attorney in your area. He or she should be able to advise. Move quickly, however, as you do not want to lose options that may be available to you and your family. Good luck!
