We would be happy to consult with you on your options to return. You must qualify for a non immigrant visa and then apply for a waiver of the unlawful presence time. If you want to schedule this and be advise of fees, procedures, etc. you may contact my office as indicated below.

Can my mother get residency when I turn 21?

Answered by attorney Ross Elliott Miller (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Miller Conway
You will not be able to "fix" your mothers papers as she has no papers (due to her illegal entry into the United States). That said, your mother's status as a victim of abuse may allow her to adjust status based on a U-Visa (this will depend heavily on the circumstances and status of the case). Please contact an immigration attorney to discuss this matter further.

What will happen to me if I evaded arrest?

Brian D Lerner
Answered by attorney Brian D Lerner (Unclaimed Profile)

If the sentence was less than a year, you would qualify for a waiver. You can file the waiver in with consulate processing in order to apply for residency.
