Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
You must disclose your criminal record when asked by immigration regardless of whether the record has been sealed or expunged. Crimes that were committed and prosecuted as a juvenile will not make you inadmissible.

How long would I have to be working for in order to fix someone’s papers?

Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
With regard to the affidavit of support, there is nothing in the law about how long you need to be working. The question asks about your current income and you are also supposed to produce your last tax return, etc.
