If I've won the green card lottery, can my spouse work under my green card or does he need to apply for his own Visa?

Answered by attorney David H Nachman
Immigration lawyer at NPZ Law Group
Your spouse can apply with you for the green card and should be able to work on the derivative green card he/she gets. We presume you listed your spouse on the Application when you made it.

If applied for removal of conditions and they sent me a letter asking for more evidence to see if my marriage was bonafide, what should I send?

You should send all of that, plus whatever else they list in the letter. You can also hire a lawyer to assist in the process.

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that your sister contact an experienced immigration for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case, advise her of your options and make sure that the necessary paperwork and documentation is presented so as not to delay the process.
