Your international travels for vacations do not negatively affect the K-1 visa application. Please note that she should be applying at her home consulate.

What is the process after a declined credit card authorization of my I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence?

All you have to do is resubmit the credit card authorization form with the correct information. I would recommend submitting the paperwork with a money order or check to avoid this problem again. Wish you the best of luck!   The abovementioned is not legal advice and does not creat an attorney-client relationship.

What is the process to petition for my fiance?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
There are several steps to the process and if all goes well it should take about 7-12 months. You must show you have had at least one face-to-face meeting within the last two years and that you are free to marry and will get married within 90 days after she enters the U.S. The consulates are tough on these cases and will want to be satisfied that this is a legitimate relationship and not just you assisting her to get to the States so lots of documentation of your ongoing relationship is critical - phone bills, emails, cards to each other, copy of your passport stamps for visits, boarding passes, etc.
