Short answer is yes. You can marry at any time. As soon as she becomes an American citizen and takes the oath, she can petition for you as an immediate relative. As long as you entered legally and there are no other problems, you can apply for adjustment at the same time. CAUTION: If things get delayed and you find yourself here illegally be very careful about leaving the US or you may be subject to the inadmissibility bars.

You must have a number that allows you to file for your case in the US.
