I have a child who is soon is turning 18 and I was looking for a lawyer who can take my case. I have looked at 2 others previously but the 1st one was too expensive and too busy to take my case. The 2nd one spoke with me over the phone and told me he needed a bunch of paper work from me and $2,000 dollars to start never heard back from him. So I Google guardianship lawyers in my area and Sakota Law, PLLC was the first one to pop up. So I give it a chance and called Sakota answer right away I explain what I was looking for. He was amazing and so understood of my situation he ask me questions on where I was at and he broke it down on what it will take to do this. He wasn't able to help me due to him not taking cases in Boise area but he recommended me to one of his lawyer Friends who is able to take my case he took the time to call and give his friend my information so we can start working on this. I definitely appreciate what Sakota did.
I had numerous questions and couldn’t find a lawyer to guide me through basic legal structure to even create a possible direction. Thad called me on his own time, spent 40 minutes explaining to me what I needed to do and offered a number of referrals. He doesn’t practice the area of law I needed, but talked to me anyway- His compassion and legal expertise is stellar. I would use him for any other legal situation.
