Bryan is attentive to the needs of his clients.
Bryan is very timely in all business matters, and does excellent work for our company in whole. We enjoy working with him and he provided great detail and prompt follow up with every case.
Ashley is the worst person in that office. She is very rude. Has zero compassion. Likes to think she knows everything and refuses to let you speak to the actual attorney and then hangs up. Bryan was a pleasure to speak with, but due to a misunderstanding on dates my wages are now being garnished and when I called to try and communicate the error as well as make a payment, I got told there is nothing they can do about it, which is not true. I did my research before calling. They can absolutely stop a garnishment if they choose to. She just didn't want to help or let me speak with anyone that actually could help.
Bryan and Ashely are very unprofessional. I have asked for documentation regarding a case over a month ago and no one can get back to me. I have left several emails and messages. I would NOT reccomend them!
I had absolutely no problem working with the lawyer Brian Zolinger. His office assistant Corrina was the most uncompassionate person I've ever spoken with! I've been in and out of the hospital over several years. Very little income coming in. Almost lost our house. Which with very little empathy did she show! spoke to me as she was better than, very very rude, snooty and snobbish! My recommendation would be to remove people like this from this type of employment.
Working with Debbie in the office was the worst credit collector experience I have ever had! Absolutely no empathy or compassion! I have been in and out of the icu multiple times almost dying. And she would NOT work with us! Highly suggest you remove this person from your office!
