Hired Attorney

Sam Angell, is a City Attorney for Multi Cities in Idaho. He comes to City Hall Meetinging unprepared where our City Council Member had to help with sentence structure, part of the brief/ordances were in Spanish, clearly he put little effort into professionalism. To make matters worse he's admitted that the City of Rigby citations are illegal but won't refund even an ADA person on a fixed income. He only calls back his Mormon friends therefore ingnors the people that pay his salary, via our taxes. The dude is a discriminatory pompous a$$. I have filed a claim at the BAR he wants litigation for billiable hours. At least out last City attorney tried to keep us out of litigation vs. as creating it, at the tax payer's expense to pad his pocket.
