Over 2 1/2 years later and no progress has been made in my divorce. He screwed around and did nothing for so long that my case has been dismissed once for lack of activity and timely progress. Now I can't get an answer back as to whether it has been refiled and my ex served. It has gotten so bad that I am now documenting the lack of communication and prompt diligent service in order to file a complaint with the Idaho State Bar Association. Worst attorney I have ever had by a long margin.
