Kent E. Whittington

Kent is a very attentive and cordial attorney who makes the best interests of his clients a priority. Compared to other attorneys his hourly rate is very fair.

Mr. Whittington was my attorney for four years and two cases. I was with him each time he was in court fighting against an abusive sheriff and prosecutor. Mr. Whittington was tremendous. One of my cases was dismissed much to the chagrin of the prosecutor and sheriff and the other was a two year long process with 5 full days of trial spread out over 15 months in which I was acquitted. I have watched Mr. Whittington skillfully represent me in court. I dedicated my book to him...he is just great!

Preserving our estate assets for our posterity, not losing them to state and federal taxes, has always been a high priority. Mr. Whittington's expertise in this aspect of both federal and state laws and statutes is all he claims it to be. We are extremely pleased with his ability to craft the complex documents we needed, in a timely manner and at a cost we felt were very reasonable.

I put down a borrowed 2k for Mr. Whittington to do a task for my daughter. I told him I could go no more than and that we would have to stop at 2k. He had me sign a fee agreement; like a fool I expected he would tell me when the money was gone. He sent me no billings, did not inform me of what was happening, and proceeded to do work for my daughter I didn't authorize--3800 EXTRA! We since found he has a bad reputation through a friend at the Court. "Why did you hire HIM?" Sorry I did.

This guy. All I can say is watch out. He will throw your interests as a client out the window in order to fully fund his retirement. Further, check the state repository before you hire him. That the bar allows people with his past conduct to keep their bar card is a discredit to their profession. Also, check with other attorneys. They have either never heard of him or have only heard of embarrassing conduct. Again, check the state repository.

THIS LAWYER WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSENAL LAWYER THAT I HAVE EVER ENGAGED .. WAS GIVEN A CREDIT CARD FOR THE FIRST PAYMENT ONLY AS I AM FROM CALIFORNIA AND HE IN IDAHO..HE THE DATE OF COURT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION EXCESS MY CREDIT CARD AND CHARGED AN EXTRA $546.+FROM MY ACCOUNT ..MAY I SAY AGAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION..I WAS NOT EVEN BEEN ALLOWED A BILLING STATEMENT AND NO PRIOR AGREEMENT SAID HE WOULD OR COULD BE ALLOWED THAT ACTION..BEWARE CUSTOMER'S THIS MAN WILL RIP YOU OFF A BILLING COMES FIRST..

I would never use this lawyer, he stalls, loses papers, does not do as he promises. He WAY OVERCHARGES FOR THE SERVICES HE DOES. HE IS SLOW,WITH A TIME CLOCK FOR EACH MINUTE TICKING AWAY. HE IS WHY LAWYERS ARE KNOW AS CROOKS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. I DON'T MIND PAYING A LAWYER FOR A JOB WELL DONE.CAUTION,CAUTION,I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY HERE.
