Holden, Kidwell, Hahn & Crapo, P.L.L.C. is a law firm established in 1896 with an office in Idaho Falls, ID. At this office location, there are 11 lawyers practicing general, trial practice, banking law and 23 other areas of law.
DeAnne is an absolute outlier in her skill. Seldom does one meet someone so darn whip smart yet simultaneously excellent with people. She is a tenacious fighter, but always cordial and professional. Although she could have done just about anything with her career, she has chosen to represent individuals as part of her larger practice. Once she takes you on as a client, you feel lucky that she's not your opponent. I appreciated that she was always straightforward with me. And, she handles cases for both employers and employees, so she has credibility when it comes to case evaluation. In any group of lawyers, employer representatives, judge/s, it doesn't take long to notice that all in the room are looking to DeAnne as the authority.
First, and foremost, they listened to the issue. Then they explained what rights I had and proceeded to deal with the issue. As it became a bigger issue they explained what would have to happen and then took care of that end of it. They kept communications as limited, but as informative as possible in order to keep costs down. They were a bit out of my budget, but they worked with me and were aware of how they spent my $$$. (It didn't turn out like it should have, but not H,K,H & C's fault).
He is very on the ball.
I was not impressed with Mr. Perry's services. He selfishly puts his convenience over his clients interests and concerns. The word "lazy" would accurately describe his attitude towards his clients. He's getting paid by you regardless of the outcome of the case so why should he put any actual effort into it. I very much do not recommend him at all.
Do not use this firm. They will not return calls. I made repeat phone calls and emails to numerous attorneys on the website. Zero response. I also connected with the secretary and she would transfer messages and deliver messages, still no return calls.
