She works on behalf of people who have no real business raising a child on their own. She seems hell bent on winning cases, rather than working on behalf of what is in the best interests of a child. So many have uttered that she should be disbarred. She has taken the most angelic child putting this child in a very bad situation with a custody issue that gives one parent far too much control, without thinking of the emotional, spiritual, nutritional, and health needs of the child first and foremost. The child was ripped away from the affections of those who adore her including Mother, brother, grandparents on paternal and maternal sides, yanked out if school, taken miles and miles away from all she has known in her young life at the whim of the impetuous, impulsive parent

Laurie regularly would over sell and under deliver. Basically started back peddling on the case from the moment I hired her. Failed to follow through on predetermined strategy and truly seemed far more worried about her working relationship with the opposing council than my case. Thankfully I was able to hire another attorney who was fairly inexperienced who did a much better job with my case and was very professional and thorough.

I’m not the type of person who leaves bad online reviews, but I do believe this review is justified even if it prevents one person from being taken advantage of by Tracy Gorman. I made the grave mistake of hiring Tracy to represent me in the custody portion of my divorce. Trusting Tracy is one of the biggest regrets that I carry in life. Against my better judgment, and by Tracy’s recommendation I settled in mediation. I do not believe there is any way I could have done more poorly regarding fair access to my son. Preceding the settlement, Tracy could not have been more useless in regard to the challenges I faced. She was incredibly difficult to reach and atrociously slow in response. Every concern I expressed to her was met with the exact same deflective response followed by zero action. She misled me to the difficulty it would be to modify my custody order. It’s a year later, and I am still in the process of trying to clean up the absolute mess of a settlement Tracy allowed me to sign

Laurie gaffney is only worried about lining her own pockets. She causes contention to bill her own clients more. She is dishonest. A poor excuse gor a laeyer

Seriously I can go for days about how unprofessional, rude, and ignorant this lawyer is, Laurie Gaffney you should not be a lawyer! I will start by she will rip your heart off money wise, she charges $305 an hour to begin with, and will tell you that I almost always never use all of it, and more than likely will get a refund of the rest as your case is easy ( why wouldn't it be when you already have custody of your son 100% of the time and his deadbeat sperm donor decided to come from Florida af
