Hired Attorney

DeAnne is an absolute outlier in her skill. Seldom does one meet someone so darn whip smart yet simultaneously excellent with people. She is a tenacious fighter, but always cordial and professional. Although she could have done just about anything with her career, she has chosen to represent individuals as part of her larger practice. Once she takes you on as a client, you feel lucky that she's not your opponent. I appreciated that she was always straightforward with me. And, she handles cases for both employers and employees, so she has credibility when it comes to case evaluation. In any group of lawyers, employer representatives, judge/s, it doesn't take long to notice that all in the room are looking to DeAnne as the authority.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
