Gilliland Green LLC is a law firm established in 1959 with an office in Hutchinson, KS. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, business law and 9 other areas of law.
Lisa Ward provided excellent service in guiding us through the application process. I truly believe we would still be "fighting the system" or maybe even denied coverage had it not been for Lisa's wise counsel.

I did not want the divorce but knew my husband did after returning from the war. So I hired Tad (Thomas) and he really kept me on track and had my best interests at heart. I could have given up so much if it wasn't for him.
I felt that Dillon didn't represent me to the best of his ability. I felt that he was always defending the other individuals that I needed his services for. I never accomplished my goals. The individuals broke into my home on three different occasions, which justice was never achieved. The individuals were given a loan for a second mortgage & I lost $22,000.00 due to Dillon's lack of interest. There was a failure to pay back this loan. I got the impression he didn't my best interest at heart.
Ms. Ward proved a severe disappointment! After our initial consultation, she said she'd be phoning opposing counsel to get started on my case. That was the last I ever heard from her. She charged a $350 consultation fee for a consult that barely lasted 30 minutes, if that, then never asked for a retainer or sent me a contract, despite having me set up a MyCase file for our communications. In fact, in over three weeks, no visible action at all was taken on my case, despite the fact that I had told both Ms. Ward & her assistant that it was a time-sensitive issue. When I asked for updates & progress reports, her assistant repeatedly informed me that Ms. Ward was "in conference" & that they'd get back to me. They never did. It was all completely unprofessional.
Did absolutely nothing for my family member and the $$ he charged for! NO objection(s) in defense of his client, called NO character witnesses on behalf of his client. Did absolutely nothing but facilitate the false accusations of the opposing side! I wouldn't recommend such a sell out to represent me.....
