Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs.
Very professional, understanding and flexibility in assisting me and other consumers go through a difficult situation and has flexible payment terms on paying for the services rendered for each client, with over 30 years experience in dealing with consumer bankruptcy.
It is my opinion that the Ebert Law Offices, P.C. staff were negligent in their duties to us as customers in a way that help lead to a loss of income. I have made contact asking to speak with David Ebert about this matter. He has yet to directly respond to my requests to discuss this matter, although he did send a letter indicating they performed a service and our business is done. This (and similar reviews) are also documented with the BBB and I have gotten the State Bar involved.
BEWARE! We hired Mr. Ebert a few years ago. Paid him $3,000 and prepared mounds of paperwork they requested for us to fill out and return to them. It took me 6 months to complete because they had me going back and forth with other things to fill out… once it was finally completed and were able to actually talk with Mr. Ebert, we were then told that we could not file bankruptcy because my husband made too much money. We asked for a refund of the $3,000 we paid them, but never received one penny. Not even a partial refund of any kind and they never did any work on our case. Not any paperwork at all!
