I called to discuss how I was worried that my ex-wife (his client) was breaking the court order by spending time with her boyfriend at a hotel with my daughter. In our court documents, her current boyfriend is not allowed to stay under the same roof or in the same bed (that’s my assumption at least, he hasn’t given me the papers so I can be 100% sure which is why I called). I called to talk with him about this and was treated very poorly and was interrupted by him saying, “So? So? So?” And then he proceeded to tell me that if I filed for contempt that he would charge me $350 for attorney fees EVEN THOUGH I am just trying to protect my daughter from what I thought Judge VanMeter agreed to. I would highly not recommend him simply for his aggressive behavior when I was being completely polite and reasonable. He cares only about the money and it shows, especially since he had 10 days to file the papers for court for me to review and sign and the 10 days was on 11/3.
