Paul is an excellent attorney; knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely dedicated to his clients. His legal assistant is easy to contact, and refers questions to Paul as needed. Office staff are very competent and maintain client confidentiality. Paul practices in the same hometown that he grew up in, and is familiar with the families he serves. His national recognition in Elder Law brings in clients from a large geographic area. I feel very comfortable with him as my attorney.
Excellent value
I had to always call back as they were very lax in replying. The office staff was very rude. I paid to have things done and ended up doing the leg work myself as time constraints were in effect. They would apologize but I still had paid for their work, work I had done. Property was to be transferred from the estate to family and only was partially done. If I had not read the papers myself this would have caused problems.
We paid in advance for a variety of services. Once payment was made, communication was extremely lax. Took several months to complete what I would consider to be a simple form, and then I had to continually call to talk to someone and rarely got a response. Very often, the response was a suggestion for me to call various facilities, county entities, etc rather than the law office taking on any responsibilities. I have recently given up and consider my prepayment to just be a lost cause
Incompetence at its worst. My father died almost 2 years ago, and he has failed to provide me with a cent of my inheritance.
No one deserves to deal with this kind of redneck.
Find a real lawyer.
