Law Offices and Mediation Center - Representing businesses, governmental entities, and individuals throughout Alabama and the Southeast.

The firm was founded in 1991 by partners from one of Huntsville's oldest law firms. Since its inception, the firm has grown into a full service firm with lawyers practicing in the specialties needed by our clients. Hired Attorney Michael K. Wisner

When I called to schedule an appointment initially, he was available right away. During the call, I asked what his hourly rate was and the number that was provided to me turned out to be much less (over $100) than what was billed. We had a 30 minute meeting that only took 20 minutes and were charged for the whole 30 minutes. Also, Mr. Wisner researched our issue for almost 20 minutes on another day and at the end of this, we have nothing to show but a large bill and wasted time.

Hired Attorney Clint L. Maze

Family members went behind my back when I was incapacitated and claimed I requested this unethical attorney to trick me into signing a poa (and will) basically signing my entire rights and life away to these family members that have never been involved before. Thankfully the court agreed and the poa was deemed invalid. This man is shady and I’m still not sure how this is illegal. He also publicly defended a man for child SA. Gross.

A family member was taken advantage of multiple times by Clint Maze. He was rude and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This man has no moral compass, let alone a legal one. False representations and pretenses were made. RUN.

Would have given a Zero on affordable maybe they don't charge as much as other attorneys but if your rate is $200 an hour and you charge $75 for emails? How slow do you read? No price list is ever discussed! Communication is poor. Went to have gaurdianship and conservatorship but after the court appointed lawyers think it is not necessary, you would think that someone would tell you before the court date! Also not professional is making you feel like you are getting the best representation until you go elsewhere to get a new consultation and find that probate court is not where you should grant visitation for other parent. Comment was made that she was trying to save me money. However over 2 months later you get a bill where you are charged for emails that where never answered and for letters that were sent with incorrect information and only 1 month later when you decide to go elsewhere you still have to demand a corrected letter? I have very little faith in the attorney I used.

Hired Attorney S. Dagnal Rowe Sr.

I had one appointment with this lawyer to get his opinion about a family case. He was condescending, rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend Dag Rowe to anyone. He makes you feel like you are wasting his precious expensive time.
