Since I first began using his services, I realized a little too late that this law office was extremely disorganized and had poor communication problems between the lawyer and his legal assistant. I would receive letters at home from the courts and the lawyer would have no idea of what I was talking about. And when I spoke to the legal assistant, all she ever told me what that everything would be fine and I didn't need to worry about anything; however, I wanted these letters explained to me.
