They made one goof. They sent me paperwork that belonged to someone else. Unfortunately, it had some private information in it. When I discovered the problem, I brought the papers to the office without looking further into the paperwork. Hopefully, if my paperwork ended up in the wrong hands, the person who received my papers did the same.
