Our office is dedicated to representing the sick and the injured to obtain the benefits they seek from the various government agencies and from insurance companies and benefit providers. We also represent people in connection with insurance benefits to which they are entitled. We represent people at all levels of the practice. For example, ERISA claims must first be submitted to the Plan Administrator and we represent people at that level.

Hired Attorney Mr. Kenneth Dewayne Hampton

Mr. Hampton took my disability case and worked relentlessly on getting my disability. He was far better than my previous laywer and I would recommend him to anyone because he takes pride in his work. He is very knowledgeable and has tons of experience. I can't say enough about how good of an attorney Mr Hampton is.

Attorney Hampton is not only a great Attorney but just a good person. I had the pleasure of working with him when I was an employee of the Social Security Administration. Hired Attorney Mr. Kenneth Dewayne Hampton

I consulted 2 attorneys for assistance with securing my short term disability benefits from my employer. Both attorneys sat on the paperwork for over 2 months with no activity. I finally found Mr. Hampton and within 6 weeks my case was settled, with full payment of my benefits. Mr. Hampton subsequently secured my Social Security disability benefits within just a few months.
