Jeffrey B. Irby is an experienced attorney and the founder of Jeffrey B. Irby, P.C., a Huntsville-based bankruptcy practice that has helped countless clients navigate financial challenges. Originally from Alabama, Jeffrey’s early experiences shaped his passion for helping others, leading him to pursue a career in law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, where he balanced multiple jobs with his studies in political science and psychology. This early work experience honed his time management and interpersonal skills, which continue to benefit his clients today.
After graduating from law school in 1999, Jeffrey began his career working with mentor William H. Roe, a retired 101st Airborne veteran. This time provided him with invaluable legal and life lessons. Inspired by his experiences, Jeffrey opened his own firm in 2002, focusing on bankruptcy law. He understood firsthand how difficult financial struggles could be and was determined to offer a solution to those in need.
