Attorney Higgs was amazing throughout the difficulties of my complex Workers Compensation case with a large corporation. Mr. Higgs along with the entire office were professional in all ways. I will keep this review short and sweet. We were charged $780 for less than 15 minutes of the most confusing exchange. Was he helpful? No, not at all. If you do plan on using this law firm get a clear idea ahead of time what they plan on charging you.

Booked a consultation and was given 25 minutes of Me. Higgs’ time during which he seemed very confused and kept asking me if I was going to pay him. It was a bizarre encounter. I I dont know why that assumption and others were made. I did receive some advice but was put-off by the disorganized office and his strange attitude. When I commented on the behavior to the receptionist - as I paid my $250 for a 25 minute consultation- she actually laughed and shook her head.
