Hired Law Firm

Would not recommend this law firm . I had called them in regards to me hiring an attorney to file a lawsuit about clear landlord retaliation for me reporting safety issues regarding the property owner's brother having psychotic meltdowns out front and he threatens to shoot a bunch of people in the neighborhood. They then raise my rent 70%, and then they now take more actions to force me out afterwards.This is clearly against AL title 35 statues. After I told the law firm's intake woman all about my case, she then states, "we only represent landlords". Not long afterwards, I find out now that they have decided to represent my landlord, after I told them all about my case! They are defending this prop. manger, even after all the evidence I told them we have against manager. I believe this law firm may of even called my landlord and told them all about what I stated, and my evidence. Wow, clearly seems like a conflict of interest and maybe violations regarding attorney/client privilege.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
