Bill Hall has been practicing law in courts across North Alabama since 1986. Bill was formerly a partner with the law firm of Ables, Baxter, Parker & Hall from 1986 until March of 2009. Bill began his solo practice, Bill Hall & Associates, P.C., in March of 2009 focusing on domestic relations law.
Billy Hall is an Excellent attorney. He is very professional, thorough, and very accomplished at getting to the important points. And he is also very, very smart. What a blessing to have Bill and his team support me throughout my emotional and stressful divorce process. Due to the urgency of the situation, Bill met with me on a Sunday, taking his personal time away from his family to be available. Bill is an excellent and knowledgable attorney. He is skilled in and out of the courtroom; however, future clients should ask about whether or not he can represent them in appellate cases and understand this prior to retaining him as their attorney. I think he was the better lawyer in the cases we used him for, but ask specific questions up front. If asked, he does answer honestly and frankly. I will be happy to recommend him or use him again. He is one of the best local attorneys.
Not interested in representing to the fullest extent of the Alabama law. But very interested in taking your money while not fighting for what you are owed in return.
