Bart Siniard represents injured people throughout the state of Alabama. He handles solely personal injury and wrongful death cases with a special focus on helping people with severe injuries in car and truck accidents. Bart has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America ever since 2024 as a top injury litigator in the Huntsville metro area. Bart has secured numerous settlements in the multi-million dollar range, having represented more than 1,000 people across north Alabama. To help law students and young lawyers who want to handle car accident cases, Bart has published two books on the legal topic. Bart has also been a featured speaker at the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers' Convention, the Huntsville Bar Association, CLE Alabama's Tort Law Update Convention, the University of Alabama-Huntsville, and the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce.

Bart Siniard is active in the legal community. He has served as Treasurer of the Huntsville Bar Association and as a Board Member of the Huntsville Young Lawyers Association. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Association for Justice. Bart also believes in giving back to the community by serving in leadership positions in Huntsville organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Alabama Boys & Girls Club, the Historic Huntsville Foundation, and the Huntsville First United Methodist Church’s early education ministry.

Bart Siniard handled a lawsuit when my son had a motorcyle accident. I hired him as my sons attorney so that I could focus on my son as he went through his healing journey. Bart did an EXCELLANT job! He handled ALL communication with insurance and bills associated with doctors, hospitals and litigation of the ultimate lawsuit outcome. Bart is an INCREDIBLE lawyer who takes pride in everything he does. I have recommended Bart several times now and will continue as time goes by. I would not hesitate a second to hire him again if needed.

One thing that stands out about Bart above all others in my opinion is his compassion and truly caring for people yes it is important to have a lawyer That actually knows what they’re doing. He definitely knows that! but when you add somebody who truly cares along with knowing the job well, it makes them excellent and he is truly excellent. Bart worked my case for work comp and personal injury and I highly him.

Mr. Siniard met with me and agreed to take my case for a fee. When we next met, he presented paperwork for me to sign. The fee in that paperwork was considerably more than what we had agreed to. Mr. Siniard did not bring that to my attention. When I asked him about it, he said he had spoke with a colleague who recommended that he charge more. Against my better judgment, I signed anyway. 30 days from the court date, he withdrew from my case without explanation. No other attorney would take the case because there was not enough time to prepare before the trial. The trial could not be delayed further because of the expiration of a statute of limitations. This was a clear-cut civil rights infringement with a significant financial component. My ability to move forward has now been lost forever as a result of this attorney's unprofessional conduct.
