Definitely does not care about the individual. He only cares about his money. He talks down to you and makes himself to be better and more important than you. He's demeaning and let's you know, "I know the law, you don't." NEVER HIRE THIS MAN.

Do not hire!!! Gets paid by community through HOA dues but does not represent the residents. Blatantly biased towards HOA Board members only. Communicates in a demeaning way, and is snappy when asked questions about Boards' actions. Avoid Adam Dauro if you don't want your fees to go his pocket without representation.
