My wife and I started to research wills and trusts after my father-in-law passed away just over two years ago and we began to help my mother-in-law sort many things out. There were some things not updated over the last few decades for my in-laws, and it became clear that we needed someone knowledgeable to tie everything together. My mother-in-law started asking around Sun City in Huntley, and Attorney Fleck came highly recommended. There are important details to tend to if you wish to avoid putting your children through probate, and searching for your financial information as well as preventing arguments and hard feelings amongst your grieving children. Attorney Fleck helped create two new trusts and instructed us to notify our mortgage and insurance company, and then assisted when our mortgage company was being a bit difficult, and needed reminding of the federal guidelines around the due on sale clause relating to revocable trusts in the same names as the mortgage holders.
