Did a tremendous job in a case where I was falsely accused of a crime. My case went to trial and Mr. Smith absolutely tore up the State's main witness when he testified against me. Caught him telling SO many lies. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
My son was falsely accused of a crime and other lawyers wanted my son to take a plea offer. Mr. Smith took the time to listen to us and believe in our son's innocence. He took my son's case to a jury trial and obtained a "Not Guilty" verdict. His representation was excellent and I was very impressed by his ability in the Courtroom. I would HIGHLY recommend his services and have referred several other people to him.
We sought the law expertise of Mr. Smith regarding the adoption of our daughter. Mr. Smith was able to answer all our questions and the adoption went through very smoothly. Should we need a lawyer in the future we will contact Mr. Smith again.
Poor representation regarding my divorce in court.
This guy is so wrong to hire or get appointed to. He has a nasty temper and ethics are questionable. During my trial he wouldent allow my dad or stepmom to testify. I couldent even testify. I got life. Placing trust with him is NOT worth it.
He won't help clients or any inmates that are innocent!! He wouldn't help my boyfriend. Roger only cares for money in his shitty pocket. Do not hire him at all. Hes an idiot!! Go rest on high mountain!!
Don't ever get this man for your attorney. He doesn't return phone calls, he doesn't communicate with you, he lies, and he works for the prosecution, not you. He is a puppet on a string—deceitful and two-faced.
Deceitful, liar, and two-faced. God help you if he is appointed to you. Tell the court to appoint someone else. He works for the prosecution. You will not have a good outcome if he is your attorney. He doesn't return calls, and there is no communication; he lies without hesitation.
