Hired Attorney Karen D. McGuire

Charged for every second of her time. Took days to finally get her on the phone or to return a phone call. Likes to go to court...inflames situations...not very diplomatic nor a good negotiator

Hired Attorney Patricia A. Condon

She makes like she really cares until you write check for retainer. When you go through a divorce you want someone to care about you you are very vulnerable. She takes advantage of that. She hugs and kisses you to make you think she has your best interest at heart but she doesn't. All she cares about is dragging things out. It's all about money. I want my money back. Don't use these phonies please. They seem caring and dress nice that's it. Don't answer emails or phone calls. I wonder why

she takes her fee without putting in for interim counsel fees...continues with conferences without asking for a settlement conference and begin putting a settlement form together...did absolutely nothing for the money she billed.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
