Hired Law Firm

Why is there not a zero star option? This guy is totally incompetent. Horrendous communication. He disappeared. Left me hanging when I needed help getting my Dad on Medicaid. Luckily my CC company got my retainer back. He was also reported to the proper agency and is being investigated. It looks like he is closed down now.
