About Gary Jackson, Esq.

I have worked hard to create a law firm that responds to client questions and concerns quickly, usually the same day. We have developed an App for our clients to download free of charge. Our clients are never in the dark about where their case is in the process or the next step for their case. Excellent client communication coupled with a rock-solid understanding of the law means our clients consistently receive the highest possible settlements and better medical care. Our results, as seen in our recent case postings on our website and our actions, as expressed by past client reviews speaks for itself.

When you hire Jackson & Jackson, your always up to date on the status of your case, from the initial stages through settlement.

Hired Attorney

I hired Atty Gary back in Nov 2023 and he explained in words I understood regarding my case and injury at a school. I know I need to be patient and will succeed in the turnout. All his staff are professional, compassionate and respectful in listening to my complaint and empathetic to my injury. I have not received any settlement but I am sure it won’t be long . I will post my outcome so to you out there don’t lose hope and faith, and HAVE PATIENCE . Thank you Atty Gary for your professionalism. And I thank God for your help.

I chose Gary from referrals online and one former client. He and the team of doctors made the process about as clear and concise as possible. The one lesson I learned the hardest is that the Workman's Comp process is just that, a legal and medical process that will take some time. There are other attorney's who are quick to settle for less so that it can be over more quickly but there is a SUBSTANTIAL difference if one can give Gary time to negotiate. I would use Gary again without question.

Hired Attorney

I do not recommend Gary Jackson for anyone seeking representation in a workers’ compensation case. My experience with him was extremely disappointing and distressing. I hired Mr. Jackson 2/2024 for a WorkComp case involving multiple injuries which was in one was in settlement stage. During the course of representation: • He never provided guidance about how to access or manage medical care. I had to handle all treatment and appointments on my own, without his help. • One of my three medical reports went completely unrated, and this wasn’t told to me by him — it was found by the court help center, not my attorney. This could have directly impacted the value of my case. • A settlement offer was sent to his office on May 11, and he never informed me. I only learned about it on May 23 when I spoke to the defense attorney office directly. • After I dismissed him on May 21, I have made multiple requests for my full case file. Over two months later, I still haven’t received it.

Response from Gary
June 05, 2025
We have learned over the years that every negative review an attorney gets, especially regarding our firm, is tied to unreasonable and incorrect expectations of what a workers compensation attorney does or should be doing. What you should reasonably expect from your attorney: 1. To receive a response to your request for information within 36 hours. This is the industry standard response time for attorneys. We are currently at an average response time of 10 hours, over 3 times faster than your average attorney! 2. To always know what stage of the workers’ compensation process your case is in without having to ask your attorney. Our Case Status App provides! 3. To always know the next step for your case so you can anticipate what is coming without having to ask your attorney. Our Case Status App provides! 4. To be able to send us documents and not have to follow up to ask if we received the document. Our Case Status App provides! 5. That your attorney will use his best efforts, judgement and knowledge to refer you to the best possible doctor to help you with your medical needs. 6. That your attorney will negotiate the highest and best possible settlement for you and advise you the basis for any settlement offers. What you should NOT expect from your attorney: 1. We understand that after a work injury there is often great financial pressure. We cannot help with your financial issues. 2. We understand that after a work injury you may be in an unbearable amount of pain. We cannot alleviate your pain issues. 3. We understand that after a work injury you may be experiencing a great amount of frustration regarding when and how you will be able to return to work. We cannot help with return-to-work issues. Financial issues, pain issues and return to work issues are not work comp benefits. Also work comp attorneys have nothing to do with authorization for medical care. No one can please everyone. We are sorry you could not see the positive help we were providing.
