Can’t say enough good things. My buyers went under contract on a home and the seller requested us use the same attorney. The seller was an investor and at first I was weary using the same attorney. They proved me wrong and absolutely surpassed my expectations. We had a few complicated parts to this transaction and they never missed a beat. I would highly recommend them. Shelby was on it and responded quickly within their business hours! I will be using them again for future clients.

DO NOT use this law firm for anything. They missed finding a judgment in a title search I hired them to do and I had to pay $4,000 at the closing because of their negligence. Of course they refused to take any responsibility for it or reimburse me. They are incompetent and dishonest. Attorney King had his law license suspended for 2 years for using client funds for personal use. That should tell you all you need to know.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this attorney's office zero stars. My client purchased a property and used Brent King Law. He used them for the closing because the seller had asked him to use this firm. Brent King Law handled the title search and closing while representing my buyer client. When we tried to sell the property six months later, another firm found a title issue. In the end, they wouldn't take responsibility for their errors. Instead, they made excuses and refused to answer our questions promptly. In the end, it cost my client nearly $5000 to resolve the issue. We later found that Brent King had his license suspended for two years for commingling funds and misusing trust accounts. In my opinion, there are many good real estate in the Charlotte/NC/SC area. BRENT KING IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!

Worst firm I have ever had to deal with. Sold a home & this was buyers attorney for closing paperwork. Not only did Laurie Perry email my private information containing new address, bank account number/information and the profit I made from selling the home to the WRONG Realtor, but when I emailed and called no one did anything. I have been waiting for two weeks for Vikki Froehlich to "speak to the attorney" and she has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls.
