Hired Attorney Laura Vincenzi

Working with Ms Vincenzi was a complete professional nightmare. From the onset she refused to address an error that occured with the change in judges on my case. She prefers clients that have little to no understanding of the legal process. As she would like to take advantage of this to get you to proceed down a preferred path. After 2 years of litigation she abruptly abandoned me after filing our bill of particulars and with trial being eminate. Which is completely unethical. The settlement order she drafted is a scribbled mess and is ridiculed everytime it's produced or spoken of. This court system is a big game and unfortunately she is just one of the players. Who subsequently is playing for court and not her clients. Her horrific , unethical , and fraudulent activity on my case force me to file a bar complaint that extends multiple pages, complete with affidavits from witnesses whom were never even contacted/ spoken to prior to trial. This treatment on good people must end!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
