Never communicated to me how to respond to plaintiff inquiries or what not to say. Feel like I was thrown under the Bus...
My back was hurt (lifetime injury) on the job. The business I was working for admitted 100% fault but this lawyer never got me any money and never got me any therapy. I handed him my case and they literally sat on it for a decade then got my settlement rejected by Workman’s comp. He never once called me or did he ever give me a face to face interview. I call and the office and lawyers are rude. I’d never recommend them to anyone for any reason. They’re not trustworthy to say the least.
Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del has indicated that Thomas Bevan and his law firm are not trustworthy: “In order for master ballots to work, great trust is placed in the plaintiffs’ bar,” she said. “With respect to Bevan & Associates, the evidence shows that such trust was not well-placed.” She also indicated that Mr. Bevan’s firm did “zero diligence”... Thomas Bevan's poor actions just destroyed a compensation plan for thousands of people. Please avoid this firm at all costs.
n this governor election year, I just received a letter from Thomas Bevan advising me that I am at risk for being "purged" from the voter list and then not being allowed to vote in future elections. And miraculously, there is a list of Democratic candidates on the back that he endorses! First of all, I vote in every election, presidential or otherwise, and I think it is unethical for a lawyer to send a mass mailing to all registered democrats scaring them into running the polls. Unethical!!!
