Kaplan and Bookbinder is a law firm with an office in Howell, NJ. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing real estate, purchasing a home, selling a home and 3 other areas of law.
I was referred to them by a close friend that spoke very highly of not only there experience but about how genuinely they invested themselves into ensuring that there home purchase went as smoothly as can be. I have to say I was blown away by both the knowledge and expertise they showed me. Although the sellers tried to pull out of the deal being that I was getting the home under value and they had another buyer come in and offer more. In the end we closed as agreed 5 STARS!!!

I have never felt as if I weren't important. Every small detail is taken care of with this firm.
David represented the seller on a property I was attempting to purchase and his level of incompetence baffled everyone involved in the deal. On a deal that was supposed to be "fast tracked" he failed to read/respond to multiple emails for weeks, then had the audacity to claim the buyers were the party holding up the deal. Bookbinder is poison to real estate transactions.... AVOID HIM AND/OR ANY TRANSACTIONS HE IS INVOLVED IN!!!!
